Luke from Illinois asks,
Hey Bill, congrats on the new farm. My question for you is about your old farm in southern Iowa. You mentioned in a podcast that in that area land changed hands much more often than it does where your at now. What do you think was the main factor that made land sell more often in your old area compared to where your at now?
Bill responds,

Luke,
I am not 100% sure. Maybe it has to do with the uniqueness and beauty of the bluff land, or maybe just the fact that the families in NE Iowa area stay on the farm for generations while those in southern Iowa don’t.
I don’t know for sure, but there is a very noticeable difference. Have a great day and thanks for the support. (7/31/22)
