This was the first hunt that we filmed on my farm back in 2008, the year I started Midwest Whitetail. This is just a very short highlight of that hunt. The buck was cruising during the rut, traveling from one bedding ridge to the other and passed through the open gate right in front of the stand. This is the first of two great bucks I killed from this location. The second one was not until 9 years later, in 2017.
