I have been doing a bit of consulting in the Midwest, but I have not as yet ventured into the eastern part of the country.

I wish I knew of someone for you, but I do not. I am sure there are some good ones out that way.
I have been doing a bit of consulting here and there in the Midwest, just for people that e-mail me. I have not been advertising the service. But PA is probably too far for me to roam.
I would have to charge too much to cover the travel time to make it even reasonable for you.
